Daycare Enrollment

Step 1: Complete application (Found Here).

Step 2: Keep an eye out for an email from us. You will receive a determination email within seven business days with further instructions. Keep an eye on your Junk/Spam folder.

Grooming Enrollment

Step 1: Complete contract (Found Here). There will be a prompt to enter your email, and you should quickly receive an email with the contract to fill out online (best done on a computer rather than a mobile device).

Step 2: Email tailwaggerz@hotmail.com your vaccination records and Rabies Certificate to us. Tail Waggerz requires vaccinations for Distemper (often administered as a combo vaccine and may appear as DAPP, DHPP, or C4), Bordetella (canine cough), and the Rabies Certificate, which is sometimes a separate document. If you aren’t sure, look for the serial number and the manufacturer of the rabies vaccine. You can always call your vet and get copies of these records, or give them our email and have them send the records to us directly.
